The training takes place at the Zurich site in cooperation with the profession. Our course offer includes practice and theory in 8 spa blocks.Add your practical experience to your own personal situation by freely selectable rides or hoofing.
The most important at a glance:
Practice
You need 360 practical hours. These include the practical lessons in the course, practical lessons on boarding and 120 hours, which are carried out independently by practical activity.
These 120 hours of self-responsibility can be provided as follows:
- Horses of acquaintances, own horses or even first commercial customer horses
- Treatments must document! We will provide you with the LTZ boot app for free. Die documentation must include at least 3 hooves before/after per horse
- 3 hours of practice can be counted per horse, i.e. a maximum of 40 horses are possible in self-reality
- since the processing of these horses does not take place under the supervision of a lecturer, it is possible for the processing to be carried out in self-regie. own insurance required

Scripts are available in German and English.
Teaching videos in German with subtitles in:
English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Czech, Danish and Swedish
Step 1: Thebluedeposited scripts and videos in the internal training area are part of the learning platform (about 9 videos and 10 scripts).
Step 2:Work scripts and videos. They are at your disposal at any time. Visit our theory online lessons, if necessary.
Step 3:Perform learning control to any video or script, it is a multipe choice test.
Step 4: Are60 %answering the questions correctly, you passed the respective learning control.
Step 5:You can repeat the learning control.
Step 6:In existence, the thematic hook in your learning profile is in our internal course managergreen.
Step 7:If all the thematic hooks are green, you have reached the theoretical exam maturity.
Get a bonus:
In the event that you are very close to the theoretical exam, but you have previously achieved the theoretical exam maturity on the learning platform, the Examination Board can recognise you a bonus for the final exam.

With our Huf app we can help you with practical learning and later on with the customer. The app analyzes hooves for you and gives you editing tips. You get them for free! It is an offer you can try and use once!
If the app doesn't tell you, you can also complete your training in paper form using our proven processing sheets!

Toe axis theory, fetter axis theory, crown edge theory, sole-beam plane theory, footing theory, fetter stand theory, pendulum theory, functional sole, zero level, white line optimization, stabilizing and motion-destroying levers, bow ties, toe rocker, mustangroll, heel bevel, abrasion control, etc.

You can't go on a day or block?
No problem! You can retrieve theory at any time through our teaching videos, the learning platform and the course of accompanying online lessons. You can retrieve missed practice through course visits at many of our other locations, via more rides or by practice in your own way (max. 120 hours). Use our online lessons practice on your own horse!
The daily course hours are from 9:30 a.m. to about 17 a.m.

The training is divided into 8 course blocks.You need 360 practical hours:
- 150 practical hours include the course part
- 120 hours you can carry out your own work
- 90 more practical hours can be done by driving in your own way or practical offers from our teacher
You need processing instructions of 120 horses:
- about 60 proofs are available in the course. You can choose between paper-form or digital entries in the Huf app
- the remaining proofs can be obtained via independent practical activity or driving with a hoofsmith or a hoof guard FBA
For the theory, we provide you with a learning platform:
- there you will find over 100 videos, your script and audios
- we also offer you a course of accompanying online lessons
- in addition we teach topic on site
The training includes a technical work, an interim and a final examination.
