Film cannot be analyzed

General errors

Main error:too much filmed from top or side
Solution:keep the cell phone parallel and frontal to the hoof

Main error:The color of your sweater, gloves, apron or floor is too similar to the color of the hoof wall
Solution: Check before filming color equality

Other errors:
– Huf too small filmed
– Huf/beam to dirty with sand/earth
– too much counterlight
– hanging/black in the picture
– camera very moved

Note on fitting:
Hufjet must be completely visible!

Therefore:
– Legs of the fitting must not cover beam
– no soles
– no fittings with web
– Fitting must not shine

The analysis shows:

Hufbeam not hit in the analysis picture or hoof sloping
:: Hufbeam moved and/or hoof dirty and/or hoof completely or partially in shadow
Solution:Cutting beam tip free, clean hoof, more light

No net reception at the stable

After 60 seconds analysis time, the app automatically ends the analysis and saves it for later
Solution:Once you have a net again, go to the Hufpass and get the analysis after

Reliability analysis low

The word reliability appears in yellow or red writing
Solution: Analyze again and overwrite the previous analysis.
